Picasso Fondationen er en kulturel institution med hjemsted i den spanske by Málaga, hvis mål er at fremme og udbrede værkerne af den malaganske kunstner Pablo Picasso.
Den blev oprettet af Málaga kommune i 1988 og ligger i den samme bygning, hvor kunstneren blev født, i de såkaldte Casas de Campos på Plaza de la Merced. Der findes et dokumentationscenter, kunstsamlinger, en afdeling for kulturformidling, der organiserer udstillinger og foredrag, samt Museu Casa Natal.
