La Fondation Picasso est une institution culturelle située dans la ville espagnole de Malaga, dont les objectifs sont la promotion et la diffusion de l'œuvre de l'artiste malaguène Pablo Picasso.
Elle a été créée par la municipalité de Malaga en 1988 et se trouve dans le même bâtiment où est né l'artiste, dans les dit Casas de Campos de la Plaza de la Merced. On y trouve un centre de documentation, des collections d'art, un département de promotion culturelle qui organise des expositions et des conférences, et le Musée Casa Natal.
