Synagogen i Valencia de Alcántara i provinsen Cáceres i den spanske autonome region Extremadura blev sandsynligvis opført i det 14. eller 15. århundrede. Den profanerede synagoge ligger ved krydset mellem gaderne Calle Gasca og Calle Pocito, i centrum af den gotiske jødekvarter, Judería i Valencia de Alcántara. Navnet på gaden Calle Pocito minder om en brønd, der kunne have forsynet mikven, som hørte til hver synagoge, med det nødvendige vand til de rituelle vaskninger.
