De synagoge in Valencia de Alcántara in de provincie Cáceres van de Spaanse autonome regio Extremadura werd vermoedelijk in de 14de of 15de eeuw gebouwd. De geprofaneerde synagoge ligt op de kruising van de straten Calle Gasca en Calle Pocito, in het centrum van de gotische Joodse wijk, de Judería van Valencia de Alcántara. De naam van de straat Calle Pocito herinnert aan een bron die de mikwe, die bij elke synagoge hoorde, van het voor de rituele wassingen benodigde water zou kunnen hebben voorzien.
