N-152 er en spansk nationalvej, der oprindeligt strakte sig over 165 km og forbinder Barcelona med Frankrig via Vich og Ripoll. I dag findes der kun en kort strækning af N-152 på 1,7 km, som går fra Conde de Cerdaña-pladsen i Puigcerdá til den franske grænse.
N-152 var vejen, der forenede byen Barcelona med grænsen til Frankrig. I dag er det kun strækningen fra Puigcerdá til grænsen til Frankrig, som forbliver under Ministeriet for Offentlig Byggeri i den spanske regering. Resten af strækningerne er blevet omdannet til C-17, som er under Generalitat de Catalunya, og N-260 fra Ripoll til Puigcerdá.
