La N-152 è una strada nazionale spagnola, inizialmente il suo percorso era di 165 km e collegava Barcellona con la Francia passando per Vic e Ripoll. Attualmente rimane come N-152 un breve tratto di 1,7 km che va da piazza Conde de Cerdaña a Puigcerdá fino al confine francese.
La N-152 era la strada che univa la città di Barcellona con il confine con la Francia. Attualmente rimane come competenza del Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici del Governo di Spagna il tratto da Puigcerdá fino al confine con la Francia. Il resto dei tratti è stato convertito nella C-17, competenza della Generalitat della Catalogna, e N-260, nel tratto da Ripoll a Puigcerdá.
