Dette, sammen med flanken af samme navn, danner Capuciner-platformen, som, som en del af Vindens mure, ligger i Camp del Sud i Cádiz, mellem Martyrenes Bastion og San Rafael Flanken.
Det er en del af forsvarene af Vindens Front, hvor muren og bastionen ikke kunne bygges før i det 18. århundrede på grund af bølgers styrke. Med denne murede side fuldførte Cádiz sine perimetermure, som først blev brugt under Uafhængighedskrigen og senere i de efterfølgende revolutioner i det 19. århundrede.
