Abbediet Cîteaux er en abbedi i Saint-Nicolas-lès-Cîteaux, syd for Dijon i Frankrig. Den tilhører i dag cistercienserordenen af den strenge observans. Der bor cirka 35 munke i abbediet. Indtil den franske revolution var denne abbedi modersædet for cistercienserordenen. Navnet cistercienser er derfor afledt af det latinske navn for Cîteaux: Cistercium.
