Saint-Porchaire er en kommune i sydvestlige Frankrig, beliggende i departementet Charente-Maritime. Dens indbyggere kaldes Saint-Porcherois og Saint-Porcheroises. Denne lille by, der ligger ved bredden af Bruant, skylder en stor del af sin berømmelse til Château de la Roche-Courbon, en stor renæssancebolig, der under penne af Pierre Loti, uden tvivl den mest berømte indbygger i Saint-Porchaire, blev kaldt "slottet af den sovende skønhed". Denne bygning, der er beskyttet som historisk monument, er et stop på den historiske rute for skatte i Saintonge, en turistrute der præsenterer en række emblematiske monumenter i departementet.
