Bellac er en fransk kommune med 3639 indbyggere i departementet Haute-Vienne i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine; det er administrationssædet for arrondissementet Bellac og hovedbyen i kantonen Bellac. I første halvdel af det 10. århundrede byggede Boso den Gamle, grev af La Marche, en ikke længere eksisterende borg på en klippefremspring over Vincou. Her udviklede stedet Bellac sig, som i det 12. århundrede fik byrettigheder af grev Aldebert III. I 1531 faldt Bellac under kronen.
