Soursac er en fransk kommune med 506 indbyggere i departementet Corrèze i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Indbyggerne kalder sig Soursacois. Kommunen ligger i Centralmassivet, cirka fire kilometer nord for Dordogne-dæmningen l’Aigle og er omgivet af omfattende skove. Tulle, hovedbyen i departementet, ligger cirka 45 kilometer vestpå og Égletons cirka 20 kilometer nordvestpå. Kommunens område gennemløbes af floderne Luzège og Pont Aubert, hvoraf sidstnævnte også munder ud i Dordogne her. Nabolandene til Soursac er Saint-Pantaléon-de-Lapleau og Latronche mod nord, Sourniac mod øst, Chalvignac mod sydøst, Rilhac-Xaintrie og Auriac mod syd, Laval-sur-Luzège mod vest samt Lapleau mod nordvest.
