Les Grands-Chézeaux er en kommune med 246 indbyggere i Frankrig. Den tilhører regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine, til départementet Haute-Vienne, til arrondissementet Bellac og til kantonen Châteauponsac. Kommuneområdet krydses af floden Bel Rio, som her også kaldes Ruisseau de l’Étang de Puy Laurent. Langs den sydlige kommunegrænse løber Chaume, en biflod til Benaize. Kommunen grænser mod nord op til La Châtre-Langlin, mod øst til Mouhet, mod sydøst til Azerables, mod syd til Saint-Sulpice-les-Feuilles og mod vest til Saint-Georges-les-Landes.
