Marsilly er en fransk kommune med 3.130 indbyggere i departementet Charente-Maritime i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den tilhører arrondissementet La Rochelle og kantonen Lagord. Indbyggerne kalder sig Marsellois. Marsilly ligger cirka otte kilometer nord for La Rochelle ved Atlanterhavskysten. Kommunen ligger lige uden for den regionale naturpark Marais Poitevin, men er associeret med denne. Marsilly er omgivet af nabokommunerne Esnandes mod nord, Villedoux mod nordøst, Saint-Xandre mod øst og sydøst samt Nieul-sur-Mer mod syd og sydvest.
