Marennes er en by og en tidligere fransk kommune med 5.628 indbyggere i départementet Charente-Maritime i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den tilhørte arrondissementet Rochefort og kantonen Marennes. Med virkning fra 1. januar 2019 blev de tidligere kommuner Marennes og Hiers-Brouage sammenlagt til den nye kommune Marennes-Hiers-Brouage og har i den nye kommune status som en Commune déléguée. Administrationssædet ligger i byen Marennes.
