Saint-Clémentin er en by i det franske departement Deux-Sèvres i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den tidligere selvstændige kommune blev den 1. januar 2013 sammenlagt med Voultegon til den nye kommune Voulmentin. Siden da har den haft status som en Commune déléguée og har 517 indbyggere. Nabobyer er Étusson mod nord, Argenton-les-Vallées mod nordøst, La Coudre mod øst, Saint-Aubin-du-Plain mod sydøst, Voultegon mod syd og Nueil-les-Aubiers mod vest.
