Uffholtz er en fransk kommune med 1698 indbyggere i Département Haut-Rhin i regionen Grand Est. Den tilhører arrondissementet Thann-Guebwiller og kantonen Cernay.
Uffholtz i den regionale naturpark Ballons des Vosges ligger umiddelbart nord for Cernay og er en del af agglomerationen. Kommunens område dækker knap tolv kvadratkilometer, og det højeste punkt i kommunen når 1120 meter. Øst for landsbyen strækker et landbrugsområde sig ind i den nederste Thurtal, hvis del allerede tilhører Oberrheinebene.
