Vézelay er en fransk kommune i departementet Yonne, arrondissement Avallon i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Frankrig. Det er især kendt som et pilgrimssted og for sin klosterkirke, basilikaen Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, et bygningsværk fra det 11. århundrede. Vézelay ligger ved Curefloden og er bygget mod den beskyttede, 300 meter høje bakke, la colline Eternelle, med den også beskyttede klosterkirke ovenpå. Udover La Madeleine, på bakken, ligger der også kirken Saint-Père foden af bakken, i kommunen Saint-Père. Bygningen af denne kirke begyndte omkring 1200. Den meget enkle kirke viser alle stilforandringer fra det 13. til det 15. århundrede.
