Sélestat [selɛsˈta] er en fransk by i departementet Bas-Rhin i den europæiske enhedskommunity Alsace og i regionen Grand Est med det eneste større humanistiske bibliotek, som stort set er bevaret i sin helhed

Den tidligere kejserby Schlettstadt, fransk omkring 1780 Sélestat, før 1871 Schlestadt, fra 1920 igen Sélestat, er sæde for underprefekturet i arrondissementet Sélestat-Erstein og har 19.242 indbyggere.
