Bourg-en-Bresse ; Arpitan: Bôrg) er præfekturet for Ain-afdelingen i Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes-regionen i det østlige Frankrig. Beliggende 70 km nordøst for Lyon, er det hovedstaden i den gamle provins Bresse. I 2018 havde kommunen en befolkning på 41.248. Bourg-en-Bresse ligger ved den vestlige fod af Jura-bjergene, på venstre bred af Reyssouze, en biflod til Saône. Det ligger 70 kilometer nordøst for Lyon og 50 kilometer syd-sydvest for Lons-le-Saunier.
