Lourmarin er en kommune i Vaucluse-afdelingen i Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur-regionen i det sydøstlige Frankrig. Dens indbyggere kaldes Lourmarinois.
Lourmarin ligger i den franske region Provence, ved foden af Luberon-massivet, hvor en sydlig pas udmunder over Luberon fra Apt på den nordlige side af Luberon. Passet deler Grand Luberon fra Petit Luberon-området, et område rigt på neolitiske levn og kendt for sine dramatiske massiver og klippelandskaber. Aigues Brun-bækkenet kommer ud fra passet og løber lige vest for landsbyen.
