Fresse er en fransk kommune med 710 indbyggere i departementet Haute-Saône i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Den tilhører kantonen Mélisey i arrondissementet Lure.
Fresse ligger omkring 20 kilometer nordvest for Belfort og 15 kilometer nordøst for Lure ved den sydlige kant af Vogeserne i landskabet Pays des Vosges Saônoises. Landsbyens centrum ligger i dalen af Raddon, en venstre biflod til Ognon, på omkring 500 m højde over havets overflade og er omgivet af nåleskov. Det 27,15 km² store kommuneområde strækker sig op til knap 900 m højde og rummer adskillige damme. Det er en del af den regionale naturpark Ballons des Vosges.
