Haut-du-Them-Château-Lambert er en kommune i den franske afdeling Haute-Saône i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Haut-du-Them-Château-Lambert ligger på en højde af 477 m over havets overflade, fem kilometer nordøst for Servance og cirka 25 km nord-nordvest for byen Belfort. Landsbyen strækker sig i den yderste nordøstlige del af afdelingen i de sydvestlige Vogeserne, i en dalbund af den øvre Ognon, mellem Plateau des Mille Étangs og højderne af Ballon de Servance.
