Champagney er en fransk kommune beliggende i departementet Haute-Saône i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Den er en del af kommunefællesskabet Rahin og Chérimont.
Beliggende i et særligt kuperet område varierer dens højde fra 343 meter i centrum til 680 meter nord for det kommunale område. I 2019 var befolkningen på 3.797 indbyggere. Dens indbyggere kaldes Champagnerots og Champagnerotes. Den er gennemskåret af Rahin samt to andre mere beskedne vandløb og kanalen Haute-Saône, som ikke er færdiggjort. Kraftigt præget af Anden Verdenskrig modtog Champagney krigsmedaljen 1939-1945.
