Raismes er en kommune i det franske Norddepartement. Kommunen har 13.699 indbyggere og er en del af arrondissementet Valenciennes.
Arealet af Raismes er 33,3 km², befolkningstætheden er 411,4 indbyggere pr. km². Centrum ligger i den sydlige del af kommunen og er vokset sammen med nabokommunerne Beuvrages og Anzin. Nordvest for ligger byen Vicoigne og mod øst byen Sabatier, nær centrum af nabokommunen Bruay-sur-l'Escaut.
