Rablay-sur-Layon er en landsby og en delegere kommune i den franske kommune Bellevigne-en-Layon med 784 indbyggere i departementet Maine-et-Loire i regionen Pays de la Loire. Indbyggerne kaldes Rablayens. Med virkning fra 1. januar 2016 blev kommunerne Champ-sur-Layon, Faveraye-Mâchelles, Faye-d'Anjou, Rablay-sur-Layon og Thouarcé samlet til en ny kommune med navnet Bellevigne-en-Layon. Kommunen Rablay-sur-Layon hørte til Arrondissement Angers og kantonen Chemillé-Melay.
