Callas er en kommune i Var-afdelingen i Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur-regionen i det sydøstlige Frankrig.
På en bakke tæt på nogle af Frankrigs bedste vinproducenters vinmarker hæver denne gamle by sig over dalen nedenfor. Det er en 45-minutters køretur fra mere berømte kystferiesteder som Fréjus og Saint-Raphaël og kun 75 minutter med bil fra Nice.
