Tourcoing er en fransk industriby med 98.656 indbyggere pr. 1. januar 2019. Denne nordfranske by er en del af en stor binational agglomeration, som også omfatter de franske byer Lille og Roubaix samt de belgiske byer Mouscron og Kortrijk. Disse byer danner tilsammen Eurometropolen Lille-Kortrijk-Doornik, et område med cirka 2.100.000 indbyggere. Ligesom Roubaix er Tourcoing forblevet en selvstændig kommune, men den er en del af den europæiske metropol Lille, med 1.106.885 indbyggere.
