Saint-André-de-Cubzac er en fransk kommune med 12.372 indbyggere i departementet Gironde i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Byen tilhører arrondissementet Blaye og er hovedbyen i kantonen Le Nord-Gironde. Indbyggerne kaldes Cubzaguais. Saint-André-de-Cubzac ligger cirka 20 kilometer nord-nordøst for Bordeaux ved østkysten af Dordogne. Saint-André-de-Cubzac er omgivet af nabolandene Virsac mod nord, Val de Virvée mod nord og nordøst, La Lande-de-Fronsac mod øst, Saint-Romain-la-Virvée mod sydøst, Cubzac-les-Ponts mod syd, Saint-Vincent-de-Paul mod vest samt Saint-Gervais mod nordvest. Departementsvejen D1010 går også gennem kommuneområdet ligesom motorvejen A10 og den tidligere nationale vej 670. Kommunens jernbanestation ligger langs jernbanelinjen Chartres–Bordeaux.
