Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray er omgivet af nabokommunerne Saint-Prix mod nord, La Grande-Verrière mod nord og nordøst, Laizy mod øst, La Comelle og Poil mod syd, Larochemillay mod vest og sydvest samt Glux-en-Glenne mod nordvest.
