Sévignacq-Meyracq er en fransk kommune med 530 indbyggere i departementet Pyrénées-Atlantiques i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Kommunen tilhører arrondissementet Oloron-Sainte-Marie og kantonen Oloron-Sainte-Marie-2. Oprindelsen til kommunens navn stammer sandsynligvis fra den galloromerske tid. Den første del består af det latinske navn Sabinius og det galloromerske suffiks -acum og betyder "Sabinius' godd". Analogt består den anden del formentlig af det latinske navn Marius og det galloromerske suffiks -acum og betyder "Marius' godd". Indbyggerne kaldes Sévignacquais og Sévignacquaises.
