Basse-sur-le-Rupt er en kommune i det franske departement Vosges i regionen Grand Est. La Bresse er en del af arrondissementet Épinal og siden 22. marts 2015 af det samme dag oprettede kanton La Bresse, hvori kommunerne fra det samme dag ophævede kanton Saulxures-sur-Moselotte blev indlemmet, hvor Basse-sur-le-Rupt tidligere hørte under.
