Ensisheim ; Alsatian: Anze) er en kommune i Haut-Rhin-afdelingen i Grand Est i det nordøstlige Frankrig. Det er også fødestedet for komponisten Léon Boëllmann. De germanske rødder af landsbyens navn afspejler områdets historie.
Blandt de tidligst kendte klare eksempler på praksis med trepanation blev identificeret fra et neolitisk begravelsessted nær byen. Forskere fra Freiburg Universitet rapporterede i 1997 en analyse af de velbevarede skeletrester af en cirka 50-årig mand, hvis kranium viste klare tegn på to trepanationsprocedurer. Den ene var helt helet, og den anden delvist, hvilket indikerer, at personen havde overlevet operationerne. Resterne blev dateret til mellem 5100 og 4900 f.Kr.
