La Cluse-et-Mijoux er en fransk kommune beliggende i Doubs-afdelingen i Bourgogne-Franche-Comté-regionen.
Det er på et tumultarisk men berømt sted i det foldede Jura-bjergmassiv, at samfundet er placeret, på en af de sjældne tværgående transportveje mod Schweiz. Denne relativt lette passage skyldes en stor meridianbrud, fra oligocæn, der skærer gennem folderne - skævt i forhold til hinanden - af Laveron og Larmont. La Cluse-et-Mijoux gennemkøres af mange biler, der passerer gennem RN 57.
