Mansigné er en fransk kommune med 1.544 indbyggere i departementet Sarthe i regionen Pays de la Loire. Den tilhører arrondissementet La Flèche og kantonen Le Lude. Indbyggerne kaldes Mansignéens. Mansigné ligger cirka 29 kilometer syd for Le Mans. Mansigné er omgivet af nabokommunerne Requeil mod nord, Pontvallain mod øst, Coulongé mod sydøst, Luché-Pringé mod syd og sydvest, Saint-Jean-de-la-Motte mod vest samt Oizé mod nordvest.
