Vieux-Condé er en kommune i det franske departement Nord. Kommunen har 10.641 indbyggere og er en del af arrondissementet Valenciennes. I nord grænser kommunen op til Belgien.
Arealet af Vieux-Condé er 11,1 km², befolkningstætheden er 958,6 indbyggere pr. km². Syd for Vieux-Condé flyder floden Schelde. Den gamle landsbykerne ligger i den sydlige del af kommunen. Byggeri strækker sig videre mod nord gennem arbejderkvarterer og citéer, herunder L'Ecarlate, La Solitude og Mont de Péruwelz. Centrum er også vokset sammen med bydelerne i nabobyen Condé-sur-l'Escaut i sydøst.
