Kembs er en fransk kommune med 5496 indbyggere i departementet Haut-Rhin i regionen Grand Est.
Cambete eller Cambes lå i romertiden langs vejen fra Augusta Raurica til Argentovaria og nævnes allerede i Itinerarium Antonini.
Det nuværende Kembs ligger i tre-landes hjørnet mellem Tyskland, Frankrig og Schweiz direkte ved Canal de Huningue og ved Rhinens sidekanal og er kendt for det vandkraftværk Kembs, der blev sat i drift i 1932. Ved samløbet af de to kanaler ligger slusen Kembs-Niffer, hvis udvendige bygning er designet af den kendte arkitekt Le Corbusier.
