Fougerolles er en delegeret kommune i den franske kommune Fougerolles-Saint-Valbert med 3.559 indbyggere i Départément Haute-Saône i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Fougerolles ligger i en højde af 305 m over havets overflade, otte kilometer nord for Luxeuil-les-Bains og cirka 35 kilometer nord-nordøst for byen Vesoul. Landsbyen strækker sig i den nordlige del af Départementet, på den østlige kant af sletteområdet ved Saint-Loup-sur-Semouse, i dalen på begge sider af Combeauté, ved kanten af de vestlige skråninger af Vogeserne.
