Eu er en kommune i det franske departement Seine-Maritime i regionen Normandiet og har 8081 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissement Dieppe. I den gallo-romerske tid var Eu allerede beboet, men stedet blev vigtigt efter grundlæggelsen af et benediktinerkloster af den normanniske hertug Robert I i begyndelsen af det 11. århundrede. Eu var et grevskab i middelalderen.
