Méthamis er en fransk kommune med 442 indbyggere i departementet Vaucluse i regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Det historiske center af Méthamis ligger på en lille klippefyldt bakke over Nesque ved udgangen af Gorges de la Nesque fra Monts de Vaucluse syd for Mont Ventoux. Vejen D5 fra Malemort-du-Comtat til højlandet Sault går gennem byen. Kommuneområdet tilhører den regionale naturpark Mont-Ventoux.
