Corrèze er en fransk kommune med 1140 indbyggere i departementet Corrèze i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Kommunen er medlem af kommuneforbundet Tulle Agglo. Indbyggerne kalder sig Corrèzois. Kommunen ligger i Massif Central på den sydlige kant af Plateau de Millevaches cirka 20 kilometer nord for Tulle, som er præfekturen i departementet. Landsbyen klæber til den højre bred af Corrèze, som krydser kommuneområdet på en højde af cirka 470 m. Kommuneområdet er en del af den regionale naturpark Millevaches en Limousin.
