Tolosa eller Tolosa de Languedoc er en by i Occitanien og en historisk hovedstad i Languedoc. Administrativt er det en kommunehovedstad i departementet Haute-Garonne og regionen Occitanien. I 2014 havde den en befolkning på 466.297 indbyggere på et kommunalt område på 118,3 km², og mere end en million indbyggere i den urbane agglomeration; hvad angår befolkningen, er det den næststørste by i Occitanien efter Marseille, og den 41. største urbane agglomeration i Den Europæiske Union. Den metropolitanske område havde en samlet befolkning på 1.100.000 personer i 2009.
Gennemskåret af Garonne og beliggende halvvejs mellem Atlanterhavet og Middelhavet, kaldes den Den Rosa By på grund af den farve, der dominerer i de gamle bygninger, lavet af synligt murværk. Den får også kælenavnet landet Clamença Isaura.
