Angers /ɑ̃ʒe/ er en by i den vestlige del af Frankrig og hovedstad i departementet Maine-et-Loire i regionen Pays de la Loire. Angers var hovedstad i den tidligere provins Anjou.
Angers ligger ved floden Maine, nær dens sammensmeltning med Loire, og i gennemsnit 20 m over havets overflade. Det kommunale areal er 4.270 hektar.
