Issoudun er en kommune i det franske departement Indre. Kommunen havde 11.477 indbyggere den 1. januar 2019. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Issoudun. Issoudun har et bemærkelsesværdigt museum, Musée de l'Hospice Saint-Roch. Dette består af to dele: Hôtel-Dieu, et hospital fra det 12. til det 15. århundrede med gamle medicinske instrumenter og et gammelt apotek og en ny bygning med skiftende udstillinger og en fast samling af moderne kunst.
