Chézery-Forens er en fransk kommune, beliggende i departementet Ain i regionen Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Chézery-Forens blev oprettet i 1962 ved sammenslutningen af de tidligere kommuner Chézery og Forens.
Kommune ligger i dalen ved floden Valserine, ikke langt fra Lélex – Mijoux, Bellegarde sur Valserine og Châtillon-en-Michaille. Landsbyen er omgivet af nogle af de højestliggende toppe i Jura-massivet: Crêt d'eau, Crêt de Chalam, Crêt de la neige.
