Cognin-les-Gorges er en fransk kommune beliggende i departementet Isère i regionen Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Den er en del af Saint-Marcellin Vercors Isère Kommunens fællesskab. Den gamle landsby og dens kirke fra det 12. århundrede er opført i den franske bygningsinventar siden 1947. Den gamle tørrekammer fra det 18. århundrede, der ligger i La Tour, er blevet erklæret som et historisk monument siden 1994. Det er den ældste kendte tørrekammer i Isère til dato.
