Flize er en kommune i det franske departement Ardennes i regionen Grand Est. Byen er en del af arrondissementet Charleville-Mézières. Flize havde den 1. januar 2019 1.722 indbyggere. Flize var hovedbyen i det navngivne kanton, indtil det blev opløst den 22. marts 2015, og kommunen blev en del af kantonen Nouvion-sur-Meuse. Den 1. januar 2019 blev kommunerne Balaives-et-Butz, Boutancourt og Élan opløst og indlemmet i kommunen Flize, som dermed fik status som commune nouvelle.
