Noisiel er en fransk kommune beliggende i distriktet Seine-et-Marne i regionen Île-de-France. Kommunen ligger 20 km øst for centrum af Paris. Den betjenes af en station på linje A af RER, som forbinder Châtelet-Les-Halles på i gennemsnit 26 minutter. Byen er opdelt i kvarterer, der bærer følgende navne fra "Menier-æraen": Cité Ouvrière, Remise aux Fraises, Pièce aux Chats, Deux Parcs, Potager, Ferme du Buisson, Luzard og Bois de la Grange.
