Caromb ligger ved foden af Mont Ventoux, cirka otte kilometer nordøst for den nærliggende by Carpentras. Andre nabokommuner er Mazan mod syd, Modène mod øst, Malaucène og Le Barroux mod nord samt Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron mod vest.
