Rouen Katedral er en romersk-katolsk kirke i Rouen, Normandiet, Frankrig. Den er sædet for ærkebiskoppen af Rouen, primas for Normandiet. Den er berømt for sine tre tårne, hver i en forskellig stil. Katedralen, der er bygget og genopbygget over en periode på mere end ott hundrede år, har elementer fra tidlig gotik til sen flamboyant og renæssancearkitektur. Den har også en plads i kunsthistorien som emnet for en række impressionistiske malerier af Claude Monet.
