La cattedrale primaziale di Nostra Signora è la cattedrale dell'arcidiocesi omonima è il monumento più insigne della città di Rouen, nella regione della Normandia, in Francia.
Notre-Dame de Rouen è una delle più grandi e sfarzose chiese gotiche della Francia; la sua Tour lanterne vanta il primato di avere la guglia più alta del paese e la terza d'Europa , che la rese l'edificio più alto del mondo fra il 1876 e il 1880. Dal 1862 è riconosciuta come monumento storico di Francia. Si trova nella città vecchia, sulla riva destra della Senna, a poca distanza dalla piazza del Mercato Vecchio, dove Giovanna d'Arco fu arsa viva il 30 maggio 1431.
